2.3. Guest Checkout Purchases: If you purchase as a guest, download links will only be available via email confirmation.

2.4. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at me@ethanmedders.com.

3. Physical Product Orders & Shipping (Printful Fulfillment)

3.1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Each product is custom-made upon order. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

3.2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Shipping Time: After fulfillment, shipping time depends on the destination and chosen shipping method.

    • Estimated Shipping Times:
      • USA: 1–8 business days
      • International: 1–20 business days

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the product type and destination. For detailed rates, please refer to our Shipping Rates page.

3.3. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • While we strive for prompt delivery, delays can occur due to factors like high order volumes, postal service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to us at me@ethanmedders.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

3.4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
  • If a package is missing, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

4. Payment & Security

    • You accidentally purchased multiple copies of the same item.

5.2. Physical Product Returns (Printful Policy)

  • Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Return eligibility:
    • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact me@ethanmedders.com within 30 days of receiving the item with clear photos of the issue.
    • If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

5.3. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

  • If a shipment fails to arrive due to carrier errors, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • If the shipping address provided was incorrect, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

5.4. Customer Responsibility for Returns

  • Returns for incorrect size or change of mind are not accepted. Be sure to check sizing charts before ordering apparel.
  • If you request a return for an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
